Gylden brun klar med eggegult skum. Lukter lett brent karamell og mørk sirup. Fyldig. Søt, lett bitter. Smaker mørk sirup og varm alkohol.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is tunafish, floral tones and some herbs. Flavour is fruity, some floral, earthy and mild herbal tones. Grainy and some herbal tones in aftertaste with mild floral elements.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Deep amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is xylitol, some wooden, spicy and mild bananas to it. Flavour is nettle, some toasted and wooden tones with mild spices and some bananas as well as some sweet malty elements. Quite random, but actually a Dubbel comes very much to mind.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is banana, some yeast and some spices with a bit floral tones. Flavour is banana, spices, some slight alcohol sweetness with some floral and wheaty tones. Actually if you would age this, I think it would become a very nice Tripel of the old school nice Belgo style.

ABV: 10.5%. Clear medium amber orange colour with a small, fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, cookie, caramel, sweet malt, dried fruit, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, belgian yeast, quadrupel yeast. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, candy - dried fruit, sweet malt - cookie, belgian yeast, sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20230330]
