Tap at Pivobrana Beerfest. Oxidized both in aroma and taste. Other than that it shows promise, quite nice honey character working well with caramelly malty base. Good. 6 4 6 3 14 Rerate at 100 piv. Seems much better with notes of dried fruits and no off elements.

Tap at 100 piv. Hazy golden colour, short lasting head. Easy drinking with light high carbonation. Surprisingly clean considering where it is coming from. Citrusy and generally fruity. Good.

Thanks Cuso & Gurthnar! Murky yellow-golden-honey body, almost no head. Aroma - pure, unadulterated diacetyl. Now, I like Jama, I like Jama A LOT after trying the last few beers before this one. I must admit I didn’t expect something that smelled like margarine mixed with caramel from them. Taste... my fucking god... diacetyl, hop bitterness and fungus, sharp, mild carrot. Vaguely sweet, vague sickly burn. This has no redeeming features and should NOT have been put on the market. I hope I try a clean version of this once I return to Bratislava (which will hopefully be soon) as I know that Jama is capable of great things. This is not a great thing and I wish I could pretend this is not a thing at all.

Again, huge thanks to Cuso and Gurthnar! Shared with Ogivlado. Pale misty honey body, huge, lasting white head. Perfumey aroma, apple compote, yeast, vaguely herbal. Hmm... simple, light herbal bitter taste. Well... Target doesn’t seem to be that great a choice for a SMASH. A fine, slightly out of balance, but fine hoppy bitterness, very vague, soft, sweetish perhaps some random citric note, or perhaps apple compote again, under all the herbal bitter blasts. Not bad, pretty good if you’re in for a herbal-dominated, very bitter-forward IPA.
