Hazy yellow. There is a lot going on in the flavor. Lemon, juniper, flowers. The juniperr is prominent. Tart flavor. Earthy and dry finish. Only drawback is the tremedous amount of sediment.

Taster on draught at The Barrel in Estes Park. Pours a clear, ruby-orange color, with a small, beige head. Tart berry aromas, with some lemon peel, cardamom, and leather. Sweet and lightly funky. Light to medium body, with a crisp, sticky, and lightly acidic mouthfeel. This is a mellow, fruity, and crisp saison.
