Tap at Dr. Hops Leipzig. Beer in the glass copper coloured, nice small head. Fresh hoppy aroma. Starts wonderful fresh hoppy, fruity hints of lemon. Mild bitter background. Finish less hoppy, more spicy, well balanced. Nice one!

Tap at Dr. Hops Leipzig. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Fresh hoppy, mild moldy aroma. Starts mild, malty, more and more moldy-spicy. Grasy-moldy finish, woody-moldy aftertaste. Strange one...

Bought this as 'Kastenbier Pils' at Goldhopfen Leipzig. But upon a quick google research there dont seem to be mutliple beers from Kasten. So I think this is the right one. Hazy golden. Aroma is little lime light herbs some earthy rural flavours and some toast. Also melon. Taste is fresh herbal and somewhat bitter hops. Only faint malty sweetness. Quite nice to drink. A bit grainy in the back. Nice.
