Hard to gauge the Lorien as this is my first time having them, but it seems to add some soft, earthy, delicate fruit tones...not much bitterness for sure, which would have added more balance. Not really hoppy enough or bitter enough to be a Pils for me, more of a weakly hopped IPL. Drinkable, but sort of bland and unimpressive.

Keg at Bazil’s, 2/25/23. Hazy pink, medium white head, good retention. Aroma of strong coffee, nuts, fruit. Not much else. Taste is coffee, roast, tart fruits. Coffee dominates. Meh.

Aromas are a blend of resin and citrus hops with a little funk. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, citrus comes out more with a pale ale body. Not bad not great.

Aromas are dominated by vanilla with a touch of strawberry and almost no graham cracker. Flavors are similar to nose, mildly tart with a little sweet in the back. Strawberry comes out a bit more.
