4 oz. sample at Twisted Vine. Aroma of slightly doughy sweet malts and some slightly earthy notes. Flavor shows me malty sweet right up front with some earthy bittering hop character toward a crisp slightly peaty finish with a hint of fruit. Body is average for the style.

4 oz. sample at the source. Deep amber in color. Aroma and flavor are a direct match. Slightly smokey hint, caramel malt, lager yeast finish, good body for a lager. Malt and yeast linger.

4 ounce sample at the source. Orange copper like color. Flavor is mild caramel, huge pine resin, massive abrasive bitterness that lingers for a bit. Nothing massively wrong with it except for the harsh bitterness.

4 oz sample. About 3 ounces was more than enough. Overly sweet and overly boozy. Wow, double IPAA from years ago. The malt base is so high and booze just punches you in the mouth. Massive astringent bitterness. Really nothing here to balance the assault of the pallete.

4 oz sample at the source. Clear amber, sweet malty base, toffee caramel, pine and grapefruit bitterness. Entirely too much of a Caramel base for my liking. Ummm , meh

Draft at the source. 4 oz sample shows clear orange color, the flavor/aroma mirror. Aroma and flavor match each other. Light citrus, lasting pine maybe a touch floral. Most balanced from this round of IPA's

Draft at Iowa Taproom. Pitch black color, lasting lacing down the glass. Aroma is mild citrus underneath, mild roast.
Flavor is pretty nice. Just enough malt to balance out the citrus and weak pine. Body is in the medium range with the bitterness not abrasive. Pretty nice drink! Enjoyable

Honey Harvest-on tap-tight white-cloudy yellow. A-sweet grain. T-sweet grain, spice hops.
