12oz can. Kinda more of a light lager than a true German Pils. Some faint off tones in the aroma. Drinkable, but not really competing in 2023.

Tap at Enlightened. Big butterscotch french toast vanilla tone, mild red apple. Captures the candy apple tone surprisingly well. Unique, fun to sample.

Tap at Enlightened. Buttery off tones in the aroma. Otherwise a pleasant Huell Melon tone. Soft, oaty, sort of bland and sweet.

Tap at Enlightened. Sort of inexpert and odd, the rye adds an oily devolved malt touch. Drinkable, but pretty much on homebrew level.

Keg at the brewery, 9/24/22. Murky orange, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of melon, tangerine, mango. Taste is tangerine, canned fruit.

Keg at the brewery, 9/24/22. Hazy orange, large white head, good retention. Aroma of pineapple, mango, pale malt. Taste is mango, pineapple, grass. Was the bartender giving me a subtle hint? Clearly marked as City of Gold on the beer menu, but she wrote City of God. Huh. Nice beer.

Growler from Drunk Uncle. Faded in a really bad way, this didn't hold up well at all, if it ever did. Gross aroma, gross flavor. Quite bad. Not drinkable.

The aromas are slightly oxidized resin hops with a touch of citrus and some caramel malt. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, bittersweet with good body and carbonation. Caramel comes out a little bit more. Had it once before and liked it better then. But it's not bad.

Can thanks to Drake! WI brewery #73. Pop the top and it ejaculates out. Was able to get it into the glass, but a small pour and 4 inches of head. Still looks nice. Orange, hazy, giant off-white head. Caramel, black tea, honeycomb nose. Caramel, earth, light brown leaf. Not a ton of flavor. Prickly carbonation.
