The appearance is a slightly hazy dirty dishwater off-white sudsy creamy slowly dissipating head. Aromaz are hops a little citrus some pale malt. Flavors are Sweet at First along with significant solvents and some bitter towards the end. Okay boozy bitter finish

The Aromas are oxidized hops, bad breath, with hints of citrus and pine resin. Flavors are a nice balanced Bittersweet at first with growing bitterness towards the end. Full body with good carbonation but the increased bitterness at The finish interferes.

Pretty good Kolsch. The Aromas are wet grain, pale malt and a little fruit. Flavors are similar to nose, more sweet than bitter with good carbonation. Nice finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with a creamy brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy dark grains and roasted malts with a decent amount of peanut butter supporting. Flavor has a combination of earthy dark grains, roasted malts and peanut butter with a hint of soy sauce underlying.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with a light earthy brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of peanut with roasted malts, sweet dark grains and a hint of soy sauce. Flavor combines salted peanut and soy sauce with some sweet dark grains and light roast supporting.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a murky pinkish amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of sweet prickly pear with some vanilla, lactose and sweet grains underlying. Flavor has creamy sweet grains and lactose with sweet prickly pear and some vanilla supporting.

Sampled from the cask at Happy Gnome. Pours a near clear earthy reddish pink with a bubbly white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a lot of hibiscus supported by earthy fruits, mango and a bit of light sweet grain. Flavor combines mango and hibiscus with some earthy tropical fruit and straw backbone.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy mango, earthy wheat and vanilla with some lactose underlying. Flavor has sweet and tart mango supported by lactose, vanilla and an earthy wheat backbone.

Pours a slightly hazy, copper-gold, with minimal head. Fruity aroma, with some grass, some bread. Flavor is bitter upfront, with some citrus notes, breadiness, grass, malt, leading to a bitter finish/aftertaste. Not my thing.
