The Aromas are sweet apples with a little spice and wine. Flavors are like nose with a good balance between just right sweetness, carbonation and a little bitter. Tasty good drinking cider.

12 ounce bottle from Festival Lacrosse, 7/23/21. Hazy gold, medium fizzy white head, fair retention. Aroma of dry apple, pear, hint of lemon and funk. Taste is dry apple, apple skins, olive juice.

The Aromas are tart cidery apricot. Flavor loses a lot of the apricot is a more sweet than tart cider with good carbonation. Nice body and finish, wish it had more apricot.

Wow, the Aromas for this cider are almost intoxicating, floral, spices, of course apple cider and a hint of caramel. Flavors are substantially less interesting. Basically the flavors are a somewhat dry cider that are vaguely similar to the Aromas. Good body, carbonation and finish.

While the Aromas are apple cider, spiced and a little caramel it doesn't smell like a caramel apple. Flavors are like nose and while the label says fully dry, I pick up a little fruitiness in the back of the tongue and in the Finish. Good carbonation, some qualities are Like somehow a crisp old Apple. Decent cider.

The Aromas are apple cider, spice, and Floral. The flavors are similar to nose, dry with a bit of fruitiness and more tartness. Body is a little watery good carbonation in Finnish.

The Aromas are apple cider and donuts. Flavors are all right, dry at first with a little fruity Sweetness in the Finish but nothing to complex or interesting. Body is a little watery. Not bad for a local cider but not one of their better ones.

The Aromas are apples, spices and a bit Floral. Flavors are similar to nose, definitely dry and a bit tart. Carbonation enhances the tart. Body is a little watery but with a good clean finish. Decent cider.

The aromas are apple cider with a little bit of musty funk. The label says fully dry and it is plus tart. Don't think that I could ever say this was a Haralson Apple. Strong carbonation accentuates the tart with good body and finish. A little bit of solvent in there.
Update: this time is much better. Fairly dry with some depth of flavor. Aroma's are apples yeast and bread dough. Flavors are similar to nose, dry, mildly tart with a little sweet in back. Good body and carbonation. Crisp apple.

The Intriguing aromaz are tart, fruit and some funk. Flavors are less interesting than nose, dry as it says on the label, good carbonation and body. Astringent finish. Decent cider.
