On tap at Spitz. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has notes of pine and grass with grains and lavender supporting. Flavor has a nice pine note supported by grass, lavender and a light grain backbone.

At a festival. this is solid. Lavender in the aroma, moderate hops and a dry malt body. I do like the lavender. this might have been served too cold. I did not pick up a very strong hop character for as high as the IBU is, but a little citrus.
