Keg at the brewery, 6.12.21. Hazy copper thin creamy tan head good retention. Aroma of grain, toffee, dark fruits. Taste is toffee, plum, grain, piney hope. Crisp, decent balance. Nice.

Great citrus hop aroma and flavor with some pale malt, low bitter and slightly soft carbonation. Tasty beer.

Vast improvement over previous version. Aromas of fresh hops pale and caramel malts are all mild. Flavors are like nose very well-balanced super easy drinking. Excellent body and finish. Very nice.

Don't know that I can taste or smell the barrel but it's a very good Weizenbock. Both Aroma and flavor are rich malty Cocoa and a bit roasty. Great body and finish.

A very traditional, well-crafted weizenbock. The malt profile is just right and is perfect with this yeast.

Excellent Irish Red! Rich malty aroma. Great malty, toffee, slight roast, bittersweet flavor. Very easy drinking.

Tap. Pours quite hazy chestnut, medium tan head, decent lacing. Aroma is quite malty, clove and banana esters, raisin, roast. Flavor is fully sweet, light plus bitter, roasted wheat malt, clove and banana, raisin, fig. Medium body, hint of woody tannin in the finish.

Tap. Pours clear orange, medium beige head, good lacing. Aroma is light citrus, orange, caramel. Flavor is fairly sweet, light bitter, lots of orange, caramel, pine. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Too sweet and sticky for me.

Tap. Pours hazy Amber, medium off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is caramel, apple, grain. Flavor is medium sweet, very light bitter, lots of lightly tart green apple, caramel. Medium body.

Tap. Pours clear orange Amber, small off white head, some lacing. Aroma is light, hints of grapefruit and pine. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter, grapefruit, pine, hints of caramel. Medium light body. Not bad, but lacking pop.
