Keg at the brewery, 7.13.19. Hazy amber large creamy tan head and retention. Aroma of toffee and leafy hops. Taste is bitter hops, toffee, a bit of a charred note. Thin, off balance.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 4/29/19. Black, large foamy brown head, good retention. Aroma of leather, roast, green hops. Taste is bitter hops, roast. Medium bodied, strong bitterness, off balance. Disappointing.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 4/27/19. Hazy orange, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of floral and piney hops, orange-like citrus, caramel malt. Old school. Taste is bitter orange, pale malt. Thin and astringent. These guys need to work on their bottling skills.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 4/26/19. Hazy orange, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of cider apples, doughy malt, and some butter. Taste is bready malt, cider apples, raisin. Thin, poor effort. Seems old but bought today and no date on the bottle.

Tap. Pours clear deep hazel, melon off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is chili, floral, caramel, berries. Flavors is light sweet, minimal bitterness, light heat. Jalapeno. Medium body.

12 ounce bottle, I think from a Woodman’s. Hazy amber, medium frothy tan head, good retention. Aroma of caramel, rye, lemon.The taste is rye, caramel, toffee, candied lemon. Medium bodied. Decent. Cool name.
