Pretty solid American hefe. Finish is a little lighter than ayinger or weihenstephan but it's solid af. They should bottle it. I like my hefe with the residual yeast.

on tap-rich tight lt tan head with lacing-hazy gold/amber. A-bready lt malt. T-bready lt malt-some caramel, 2nd grassy hops. 3.7
