330mL can, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light pineapple upfront, with lacto and bright citrus. Flavour is very bright, with lots of semi-tart pineapple upfront, bright citrus, and lacto. Light and refreshing, with a nice pineapple fruitiness. Good stuff.

On tap at Hong Kong Island Taphouse, pours a deep dark brown with an amber tinge with a small tan head. Aroma reveals plenty of coffee upfront, with some earthy notes and toasted malt. Flavour is quite assertive on the coffee upfront, with some red fruits, and toasted malt. Nice fruity coffee character. Good stuff.

On tap at Hong Kong Island Taphouse, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt and a hint of caramel. Flavour is very malty and sticky, with syrupy caramel, bready malt, and toffee. Extremely syrupy but not quite cloying. It's alright.

On tap at Second Draft, pours a cloudy peachy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lactose upfront, accentuated by floral hibiscus notes and some tartness. Flavour is quite sweet, with the lactose coming out upfront, followed by gentle hibiscus. Not much to really appreciate here, but it's pleasant enough.

On tap at The Ale Project, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out decadent bourbon barrels upfront, with rich cocoa nibs and vanilla - this is intense. Flavour is rich, with intense cocoa and vanilla upfront, rounded off by the bourbon barrels and a hint of earthiness. Insane amounts of chocolate on the finish. A decadent treat.

On tap at The Ale Project, pours a deep dark amber red with a small beige head. Aroma is not subtle at all, screaming out with notes of strawberry, raspberry and guava - I think I get some vanilla, and there is a nice lacto character underneath. Flavour is juicy and fruity, with lots of the aforementioned berries, followed by tropical guava notes, gentle tartness, and light lacto. Bit of a mineraly character, but it's fitting here. Excellent fruited berliner.

On tap at Kowloon Taproom, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of earthy hops, some grass, some dankness, and biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with grassy, piney, dank hops, some resins, and biscuity malt. Balanced and clean, with some depth to it. Good stuff.
