Taste is mildly bitter, citrusy fruity and slightly tropical fruity hoppy, sweet-ish, wheaty, oaty and minimally biscuity, pale malty basis, notes of mandarine, orange and lemon, some passion fruit. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Very nice Simcoe flavours, could be a tad more creamy - good.
