Draught @ Rivercrest, Queens (May 2023). Clear light amber-copper with a creamy beige head, cherry aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter malty taste with faint cherry and Belgian yeast flavor, thin body, long finish. Decent saison, a bit thin though.

Draft at the source. Pretty much clear bright golden color, white edge head. Aroma of lightly peppery funk and light cherry. taste has some fruit, but you get the saison yeast up front, it's not masked. Good one.

Draft at the source on release day. Cloudy to murky pink color, off white head. Interesting aroma of spruce trees and raspberry. Taste is lightly sour lightly herbal lightly bitter. I can see the daquiri resemblance. Works for me.

Draft at the source. Clearish very dark brown color, light tan head. Earthy cocoa and coffee aroma. Taste is lightly earthy, fruity coffee grounds and dark chocolate. Usually hard to get a vegetable beer to work, but this one does
