This one great tart wild tasting fruity beer. Many local brewers just can't get this style right, they make it either too beery, too cloying sweet, or just plain dull. This on site tapped stuff is on target. The pink milkshake look is appetizing. Beautiful mouthwatering nose. First palate is lovely cutting fine co2 followed bay a blast of well balanced full fruity sour nectar. Really good. Very surprisingly good. Be careful, you not know the alky content seem like there is none.

Had this at giant eagle market robinson. Nose is rather neutral. Hazy yellow with a thin white head. For the taste, I was expecting well behaved wit so you can guess my surprise when I was hit with a bitter wheat ale. This must be styled wrong. Some what astringent as well as bitter. The pointed uncivilized bitterness runs clear to the end and gets stronger thru the session. No hint of the orange, clove or pepper in this one. Difficult. Maybe this was just their first batch and it will get more on style or perhaps they'll rename the style as a wheat ale? Just asking. To put this in the same civilized style as Allagash White, Wittekerke & Hoegaarden is incredulous.
