Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Fine yeasty notes, not too sweet. Some hints of some herbs, some hay. Finish well balanced. Nice!

0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Again thanks a lot, mate! BB 17.06.2026. Didn´t like the bottle structure and the zip off cap. Clear golden in the glass, one finger white head. Grainy grassy hay bitterhop on the nose. Taste is soft grainy with caramel, cereales and bitterhop. Way better than the smell. Mid carbonation.

It is a good beer with powerful notes of vanilla and sweetness, perfect at the end of a meal with an ice cream or apfelstruddel, 11.10.2017, drinking it at Paris, Mercure Hotel, buying it at the Bierhandlung, during one trip in Freiburg, in june 2017, if I am not wrong.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Intense malty-woody aroma. Starts strong-malty, some alcoholic notes, some wood. Not as sharp as exspected. Woody-earthy hints as well, not too roasty. Finish well balanced, warming-malty, oily. Nice!
