Day 4 of my Eisbock-Week. 0,5 l bottle. BB 02.11.2025. Clear dark copper in the glass and a pale beige nearly two finger head. Soft malty aroma, little bit fruity. Taste is malty, bready, little bit fruity, chestnuts, increasing grainy bitterness. Alcoholic elements. Low carbonation. I expected more deepness.

Bottle from Beerwulf. Aroma is coriander, candied fruits, citrus, lemon, spicy notes, salt, soft wheat. Flavour is not sour but fairly sweet, which is a bad thing for a so-called Gose. Salty as well. Body is light to medium. More like a salted Witbier than a Gose.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a lacing, white head. Distinct spicy and floral hop accents. Medium bodied, sweet malts as in their standard Helles, but here with plenty of spicy aroma hops. Not much bitterness though. Very interesting version. 110125
