I had many of these while staying at Hotel Sinsheim in Sinsheim, Germany with a co-worker on a recent work trip. Appearance was a nice, hay-like gold with a rich white head. Aroma I can’t really remember, but I remember it smelling pretty decently. Taste was nice and smooth, very easy drinker, had the ability to drink close to 3L of this over a 2 day span, so it couldn’t have been that bad :). Pretty good stuff.

Enjoyed in the hotel lobby at Hotel Sinsheim in Sinsheim, Germany. Appearance a bright, cloudy gold with a rich white head. Aroma mostly of ale yeast and light hay/straw. Taste is OK, tastes really light compared to other beers I’ve had on my trip so far, maybe a little bland. It’s not bad, but there are definitely better weiss beers out there, especially considering the region.

Bottle at DSG 2011. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop. Flavour is fruit, malt, hop, alcohol. Boring beer.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. The exiting factor of this beer ends probably at the design of the bottle. Tha beer itself is an average citric hoppy IPA. Quite refreshing but nothing special,

Bottle. Creamt white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy unpleasent spoay aroma. light bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter soapy finish. Oily palate.

Bottle. Creamy white off-white good mostly ælasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. No heller bock notes. Short light bitter metallic finish. Watery palate.

Weicher, leicht hopfiger Antrunk. Geringe Herbe, die im Mittelteil seinen stärksten Moment hat. Dazu wenig bitter, etwas trocken, schon fast zu mild. Der Hopfen wird auch kaum noch stärker, immerhin aber die sanfte Bitterkeit zum Ende, die leichte Hefenoten beinhaltet. Gelungenes Bier, das etwas mehr Charackter gebrauchen könnte. 8/10/11/11/9/11

Recht süßer Antrunk, künstlich zitronig, zu süß, zu künstlich, kein Bier. Im Verlauf sogar noch wässrig, nicht erfrischend. Trockener Süßstoff-Abgang. 7/5/6/5/9/5

Wenig hefiger Antrunk mit geringer Herbe. Die Hefigkeit steigt dabei im Mittelteil, eine leichte Süße und sogar eine minimale Bananennote sind vorhanden. Süffig, erstaunlicherweise steigt die Hefigkeit noch weiter. Dann stagniert das Bier noch einen Moment, bevor es schrittweise wieder an Intensität abnimmt.Gelungenes Kristallweizen, bei dem mal nicht alle Aromen herausgefiltert wurden. 12/10/10/9/6/10
