I expected to think the worst of this. It’s overly strong, seemingly made for folks who want alcohol before anything else. The funny thing is, it actually wasn’t too bad

It’s simple, but not bad at all. Dry, tart and a little sweet.

Almost clear golden. Malty and grainy with light hop character. Light bodied and decent carbonation.

On tap at the brewery. Black with beige head. Some chocolate and cocoa, smooth, touch of some weird herbal notes, tad watery in the end. Sweetish.

On tap at the brewpub. Amber with medium white head. Malty and grainy, sweetish with some bitterness in finish. Light fruity notes. Medium bodied.

On tap at the brewpub. Cloudy yellow with white head. Bit yeasty, malty, some estery notes, somewhat sweetish. Medium bodied and a bit bland.
