Clear ultra pale appearance. Elderflower comes through quite well in the aroma. It's really tangy and tart. Very much like home made cider or farmhouse scrumpy . Sharp, acidic apple juice in the finish.

Draught, taster @Holm Cider, Copenhagen (Denmark). 04/05/2023. [#6.230 Global - #335 Denmark - #1 Raw Cider (My Danish Brewery / Cidery #59)] Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma: funk, wild yeast and minerals. Taste: minerally, funky and wild. Funk green apples. Next one please!

Bottle.Hazy yellow colour with off white head.Aroma of bitter apples and mild honey nice dry and refreshing taste nice well balanced and smooth finish.

Almost clear golden colour. Aroma of funky apples, sulfur. Taste of tart apples, quite funky, not too sour.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is apples, some hops, beer flavours too. Taste is the same, fun blend of beer and cider. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Good!

Tap, LKBW22. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Apple and cinnamon aroma with some hops. Tart, sourish, apple pie flavour, bland malty flavour, old hops, carbonation a bit soft.
