Aroma of tannins, apricot and funk. Taste: apricot and fresh plums. Rustic mouthfeel. Next one please!

Bottle, taster @MBCC 2023, Copenhagen (Denmark). 05/05/2023. [#6.285 Global - #1.033 United States of America - #1 Dekkera Brewing & Blending (My brewery #268 from the States)] Pours hazy yellow with a minimal white head. Aroma: apricots, tart green apples and sulphur. Taste: apricot juice with some lacto and weak yeast. Next one please!
