Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is apricots, super juicy, mild funk, but pretty concentrated fruits. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very tasty!

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a bright jammy red with a small white head. Aroma brings out thorny, pithy raspberries, gentle wild yeast and a touch of oak. Flavour is thorny and lightly phenolic, with thorny cherries, oak, and light phenols. Seems a bit off with those phenols. It's alright.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out apricot and other stone fruits, light wild yeast and oak. Flavour is dry and messy, with muddled stone fruits and a touch of earthiness. Muddled and messy. Not great.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy bright pinkish red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out bright tart raspberries, barnyard funk and some dry oakiness. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of tart raspberries, bone dry funk, and rustic notes. Very dry but has a nice raspberry character. Very good.
