Bottle. Hazy red-orange color with white head. Aroma is raspberries, yoghurt, decent barrel funk, vineous. Taste is the same, some leather, good funk, peppery finish. Silky mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Solid!

MBCC. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 050523

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy dull orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out light phenols, wild yeast and a touch of oak. Flavour is full of jammy stone fruits, light phenols, and a touch of oak. Not the most harmonious or well-calibrated beer. It's alright.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dusty stone fruits and wild yeast. Flavour is acidic and lightly phenolic, with wild yeast and a touch of oak. Messy and uncoordinated but not bad.
Refreshing, tart and juicy with some tropical notes, apricot, mild sourness and farmyardy notes. Pretty good

Drekkera Inhaling Deep On The Driscoll 8-4-8-4-16 Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is blueberries, but subtle, vineous, oaky. Taste is blueberries, peach, wood, a hint of tannins, fresh funk. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very tasty!

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is delicately flowery and apricotty, dash of funk. Taste is subtle apricots, sweetish, jammy a bit wood too. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Yummy.
