Sample from the bottle at Cidreria, Helsinki. Colour is clear dark orange with very small bubbly white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, apples, some sweetness, some spices, cardamom, some Christmas spices, dryness and some acid/citric elements elements. Surprisingly good. Very strong flavors. Best Finnish cider for a while. Interesting.

Draught@Black Door, Helsinki. Hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is apple, vinegar, fruits and some wooden notes. Flavour is herbal, apples, strong vinegary notes and plain boring. Way too vinegary.

Tap at Kahdet Kasvot, Tampere. Colour is cloudy light yellow with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, apples, dryness, some wood and some tartness. Quite nice woody dryness but I think flavors needs more durability.

Tap at Black Door, Helsinki. Colour is slightly cloudy golden with almost no head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, apples, hints of sweetness, hints of tartness and dryness. Nice drinkability but little bit of too watery. Aroma is much better than flavour.

Draught (5.3%) @ Black Door as ”Kuura Siideri.”
Aroma is somewhat sour with green apples and earthy notes. Also some lactic acid. Watery palate. Flavour is acidic and sourish with bush leaves, some floury apples and mild herbal notes. Leathery, dry and warery finish. Not that much apples in the flavour side. Aggressive, offensive and watery. At the end of the glass lactic acid takes over and this becomes more unpleasant.
