Butelka 0.5l (30.06.2015). Zlota barwa, piekna gesta biala piana w miare trwala, ladny lacing. Aromat delikatny, orzezwiajacy z nutami owocowymi charakterystycznymi dla piw belgijskich. W smaku lekkie z delikatnie zaznaczona goryczka i nutami owocowymi, jakby minimalnie musujace, leciutko kwaskowe. Na pewno bardzo orzezwiajace, dobrze pijalne. Ogolnie ciekawe polaczenie "belgii" z nowofalowymi chmielami co dalo fajne, lekkie piwko sesyjne.

Wypite w ipa glass Aromat: Słodkie owoce tropikalne.

Bottle. Dark brown colour with red reflexes, clear, small white head with fair lacing. Aroma is malty, floral, with some herbal hops. Initially you can feel some metallic aroma, but it disappears as the beer warms up. Medium sweetness, medium bitterness; the bitterness might be a bit less sharp, but it’s still ok. Medium carbonation. Quite ok for a Irish Red Ale.

Small, fast gone pale beige head over virtually black beer. Nice dry USA hops, hessian sacks, with a treacle-like background, prevailing on any roasted features, if a tad volatile aromas. Faint hint at sweet frying oil. Bitter, very hoppy, but also burnt; really dry. Yet there isn’t a feeling of overpowering, too pushed. Well-carbonated feel, medium bodied, rather slick to oily. Quite good stout, with a good balance - if not very Polish, IMHO. Many thanks to Aga!

Bottle, 5.2%. The aroma has a fat yeasty note with a citric ending. Dark brown colour. Small frothy off-white head. The flavour is yeasty and citric. Has a sort of wheat note, but more citric stuff.

Bottle @ Vinterslaget på Østersøen, Sønderborg. Pours hazy coffee brown with airy beige head. Clear, vinous aroma with notes of yeast. Bitter, roasty flavour, complemented by sourish notes and touches of coffee, malt and hops. Roasty and sourish aftertaste. Well-balanced and quite decent.

Bottle @ Vinterslaget på Østersøen, Sønderborg. Pours hazy coffee brown with stable light tan head. Clear aroma of malt, carael and fruit, with notes of yeast and coffee. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and roast, with grainy and estery notes and pronounced touches of coffee and hops. Warming alcohol presence. Bitter, roasty finish with sweetish touches. Does not taste like a Weizen Bock but is quite okay nonetheless.
