Bottle bought at Piwnica, Wroclaw in June 2019. Black with a small tan head. Smooth with chocolate, dark malt, some dark fruit and hints of chili. Some warming alcohol in the finish. A nice one.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Olimp Hera ]. ABV: 4.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, coffee, dusty coffee, moderate roasted, moderate milky coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, coffee bitter, dusty, coffee, milky coffee, light woody - earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190901] 7-3-7-3-15

10 cl bottle @ hotel room, Berlin. Bottle #5154 Aroma has soy sauce, intensive licorice aromas and alcohol. Flavour has alcohol, really sweet malt, licorice, molasses, raisins, toasted sugar and some saltiness. Like a turboboosted liquid ’saaristolaisleipä’. Not sure what to think about this; this is good but lacks drinkability. Then again you don’t have much to drink.

From bottle. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Roasted malty. Dark malty. Sweet, deep fruity. Bitter and dark roasted nslty. Bitter and dark malty finish.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Kenneth. Pours clear burnt gold with no head. Odd, tangy, lightly oxidised, with some toffee, ripe orange, salt, sugars. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Shared acetic bite in the finish, salty sweat. Interesting.

Bottle shared at the Columbus Tasting 27/06/2019. Many thanks! A clear amber orange coloured pour with a halo of beige. Aroma is semi sweet, musty fruit, burnt rubber, rubber. oxidised grape. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, sticky, chewy, mixed tart red berries, fermented red berries, salty. Paalte is semi sweet chewy, moderate carboantion, tangy. Really interesting.

Level 6 bottleshare. Hazy amber beer, residual pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Tart savoury plummy fruits. Caramel toffee. Quite a gosey salty savoury mid. Tangy wine. Dessert wine. Mild funk. Some Duchesse sour red/brown red wine vinegar on the finish. Intense.
