Description
The landscape of our Alsatian countryside is made up of hills, pastures and orchards teeming with life and diversity. But EVERY year, a titanic quantity of apples are left on the ground, destined to rot. Trees from old orchards are being uprooted to plant corn, others are threatened by the expansion of urban areas, and some have already given way to large blocks of cold concrete. The René-Sens cider house is above all the result of this observation. Our desire is to participate in the preservation of Alsatian heritage. It is therefore with pleasure and passion that we make these Alsatian ciders.
