Pitch black color. Massive barrel character with tons of vanilla, oak, black Forrest cake, with peanuts, burnt raisins. Massive oak. Super low carbonation. Massively dark chocolate, toffee, nuts, vanilla, oak, super intense. Amazing.

Inky cloudy purple color. Amazing nose of Brett, oak, and beautiful red wine with some dark fruit notes in the nose. Tart, dry, oak, Brett, the dark fruit and red wine shine so much. Amazing. One of the best wine beers I’ve had. Amazing

pitch black color, still no head. Massive coconut nose with chocolate cake, vanilla and nuts. Low carbonation, smooth af palate, semi boozy with tons of coconuts, big dark chocolate fairly boozy but it works well. Amazing depth. Super amazing

pale golden color. Pears, apricots, citrus, lemon, wheat and oak in the nose. Tart dry modestly bitter, not overly funky but pretty damn good. Perfectly balance. Dry refreshing. This has one of the best palates I’ve ever had. Flawless. Bone dry out of this worlds

0,75l bottle at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. Deep red color, small white head. smells red grapes, berry joghurt, cinnamon, berry notes. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes red grapes, berry notes, oxidized, bit medical, tannins, vanilla, bit lactic, some joghurt. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of berries, medical notes and bit joghurty. Nice one, a tad too joghurty and oxidized. Overall rather good though

Tastes like blended wild perfection, crazy great funk to the nose, clean finish, need more.

Gnarly good home brew, less cinnamon on the front than on the nose but that's perfectly balanced, maple and vanilla finish, crazy good
