5000 beers and no end sight. On draught at the Draught House brewpub. The beer is a slightly hazy yellow-orange color with a medium rocky white head that burns away steadily. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of sweet spices, banana and malt. Light-bodied with a sweet banana and yeast character along with notes of clove and malt. The finish is sweet with notes of citrus and banana left behind. Decent Wit overall.

Bottle with great thanks to T&E. Pours dusty lemon orange with white head. Nose/taste of lemon, grassy and spicy hops, coriander and wheat malt. Medium body. Solid beer. I’d like to have more from them.

Bottle 442 from batch 003 bottlesd on 12/1/11. Opened out doors, and it was an epic gusher. Cork propelled some 20ft in the air. Once poured the beer is a hazy golden hue with a foamy white head. Aromas are strongly chlorophenolic, medium isoamyl acetate esters, chlorinated water, mild malt, public pool, spicy, 4vg phenols, pretty messy. Flavors are bready, celery, chlorine, medium apple esters. Sharp and spicy phenols, mild DMS. Quite messy. Massive carbonic bite. So carbonated that it is very hard to swallow. Very messy beer.

750ml C&C’d bottle picked up at Whip In, in Austin
Appearance: Pours clear golden/amber with a big foamy off-white head and good lacing
Aroma: Yeast, bready, dark fruit and spices
Taste: Malty, yeast, spicy with a dry light bitterness in the finish
The more I drink it and let it warm up the more I like it. At first it was harsh and bitter but it mellowed out and ended up being a nice sipper.
