TCBW2025. Pitch black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is sweet liquorice, toffee, alcohol, some mild wooden tones with vanilla and a bit spiciness as well. Flavour is toffee, liquorice, alcohol, some dried fruits, mild wooden and some vanilla tones too. Big'n'bold.

TCBW2025. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is pineapple, mango and some slight citrusy tones with mild alcohol as well. Flavour is pineapple, mango, some tropical fruits, alcohol and mild sweet malty tones to it too. Refreshing, but also nicely bodied and strong.

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of ripe citrus, piney resin, tropical fruits, malts, had me thinking it was a WC style at first. Taste is much the same, ripe candied citrus, sweet malts, piney resin, tropical fruits, honeyed sweetness, strong hoppy finish giving bitterness and a hint of booze. Medium-full bodied. Very nice, and well balanced even with the honey addition, not as sweet as I'd feared.

Bottle at the Airbnb. Pours black, nose is chocolate, caramel, coconut, vanilla, some dark fruits, taste is similar, rich, sweet, lots of barrel character. 8/8/9/8/8.5
