A very dark brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of mid sweet dark malt, cocoa, coffee. Taste of coffee beans, cocoa, roasted dark malt.

Small rim over clear golden beer. Ginger, nutmeg, chipolata sausages. Ginger, rosewater, rosepetals, hints at other rootspices. Soft drinks' carbonation, springwater, light - even for an attenuated tripel. Bit sweet, but somehow it's nowhere bad. Just don't think of Westmalle.
