Thanks omhper! Pitch black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is chocolaty, nutty, some toasted and mild dried fruity tones to it. Flavour is consisting of pretty much the elements in the aroma, and in a nice blend. As it warms up it gets some sourish berries to it, so some kind of infection is there most likely. Lovely aroma though.

Thanks omhper! Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is smoky, floral, some wooden and mild spicy tones with some herbal tones too. Flavour is some wooden hops with some mild meaty smoky tones as well as some herbs.
