Bottle 37,5 cl. I remember the base beer as one of the best dubbels ever made in Denmark - curious about what the barrel has done to it. Pours a hazy, nutty brown with a small, off-white head. Aroma has a little wood, Sherry and a hint of tartness. Medium body, somewhat fizzy, nice wooden notes with the complexity of the original beer remaining. The barrel impact is subtle, but definitely there. I haven't been so fond of Indslev's barrel experiments so far, but this one is neat. 230318

Bottle. Pours hazy robust amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with mild notes of hops and yeast. Bitter, grassy and hoppy flavour, complemented by sweetish notes of malt, caramel and bread, and mild fruity hints. Mild, hoppy and estery aftertaste with malty hints. Okay but not quite my kind of IPA.

Bottle, 6.3%. Good fruity and juicy hop aroma. Clear dark copper colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is juicy and fruity like the aroma, also piney. Distinct bitterness, but not too much.
