Draft. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of wheat, spices, and peaches. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, citrus fruits, hops, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker, many thanks! Quite clear golden appearance with white head. Some floatees in there, but not really hazy. Aroma is quite Helles-like, not so much bananas, rather a clean grassy feeling with extra spices. Yeah, root beer sorta cuts it. Taste is herbs, sugar coating, bitter grains, earthy finish. The mouthfeel is a bit wheaty-silky, yes, it’s also a bit tangy. I don’t recognize the Weizen-ness in the flavour, though. Meh.

Hazy yellow with white head. Light yeasty aroma with lemon notes. Flavour is malty with yeast and lemon. Finishes a little spicy. Nothing wrong with this one but not that interesting either.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear dark amber with a dense and lacing off-white head - a good looking beer indeed. Yeasty nose, subtle estery, subtle spice with some brown sugar accents. Ends with sufficient hops for balance. An elegantly tuned and well made beer. Solid craftmanship - whether you like the style or not. 020216

Tåkete gylden brun med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter blomster, hvete og smør. Lett. Karamell og medium bitterhet. Bitterheten sitter lenge.
