Started commercial Brewing in 2022, built in 2013 when Dr Mike Cowbourne was due to retire from Okells as Head Brewer.

Now run by Mike and Tricia, Okells Ex Brewery Manager.

11/4/2024. Cask at the 11th Isle of Man Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear bright golden amber with a small bubbly just off-white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, tropical, mango, papaya, peach. Quite heavy fruity sweetness with light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily, very soft carbonation. Nice aroma but too syrupy sweet for me.

11/4/2024. Cask at the 11th Isle of Man Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear golden amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is apricot, peach, mango, citrus, papaya, floral and slight herb notes. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Soft carbonation. Very fruity beer, enjoyed this.

On tap at a hotel in Port Erin, clear darker golden beer, small head. Aroma is malt, sweet, hops. Taste is the same, sweet, hops, bitter, caramel. Nice one
