Description
Since 2009 the Brasserie Les 3 Loups has been brewing authentic beers in a warm setting with an uncompromising state of mind.

Located in the heart of the Marne valley (south of the Aisne), the Les 3 Loups brewery is located in the hamlet of Courcelles, a municipality of Trélou-sur-Marne. he brewer, craftsman at heart, after having traveled through France and Belgium in order to quench his thirst for knowledge, returned “to the country” to brew his beers, fruits of his journey and of his love for the said beverage.

The brewery produces Belgian-inspired beers that are light, subtly spiced and finely hopped, but over the course of his encounters and travels, the brewer has initiated new recipes and experiences, always applying the same know-how and the same standards.

These beers are a tribute to the people of the region who, in each season, will be able to find reward for their labor.

bottle from Bièrerie Illkirch-Graffenstaden. Hazy golden with a mid-sized white head. Quite fruity overall character - ripe fruit such as tangerine, also banana. Smooth and pleasant palate, shy earthy hoppy finish. Very good.

Many thanks to Rian! The beer starts sweetish-fresh. Grain, lavender, fresh but sweetish. Not very deep, smooth sweetish grainy.

Many thanks to Rian for sharing! Smooth malty nose. The beer starts fresh and smooth. Malty-fresh, grainy sweetish. Malty-fresh aftertaste, dry, malty-roasted, not too deep with no bitterness.

Bottled@HBF2013. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, fruits, resin, wood and mild sappy and a slight toasted tone to it. Flavou ris wooden, citrusy, bready and caramel malts with some slight herbs. Balanced and nice.

Bottled@HBF2013. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with some gluelike sweet alcohol and sweet maltyness too. Flavour is very similar in a quite nice balance. The alcohol is not as evident in the flavour as it is in the aroma. Actually quite similar to the Blonde IPA from the same brewery.
