Rok na leżaku spowodowało że piwo w ciekawy sposób się utleniło - po otwarciu butelki przejrzałe mango (pierwszy raz coś takiego mi się zdarzyło w Risie) po jakimś czasie znika w magiczny sposób za to pojawiają się ciemne owoce, likierowość mocna, intensywna (myślę że świeże musiało być mocno alkoholowe), aromat przyjemny ale nie typowy dla stylu. W jest stylowo, gorzka czekolada, wysoka goryczka, sporo paloności na finiszu popiołowość.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 06/04/17. Hazed golden amber with a decent light beige cap. Nose is old skool DIPA ... caramel, bitter orange, toasted malts, grass. Taste comprises grapefruit, citric tinged straw, light pine needle, orange pith. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with semi aggressive hop bitterness. Passable DIPA.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 06/04/17. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is big on pickle tray, dill, straw, cucumber. Taste comprises pickled gherkins, damp hay, herb, faint citric peel, wood must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Does what it says on the tin but nothing I'd want much of.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 08/04/17. Black with a well presented tan head. Nose is nutty, cocoa powder, cardomann, spice, toffee. Taste comprises fruit loaf, nutmeg, chocolate, spice, mellow roast, dark malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. I really enjoyed this one unlike some of the others in our group.

Taste comprises Sorachi bite, lime juice, citric tinged straw, toasted grains, orange peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As PiwoWarownia Rumpelszpunt ].Clear medium to dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet malt, caramel, dark malt, dried fruit, malty, figs, alcohol, light wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, rich malt, sweet malt, caramel, dried fruit, candy, alcohol, vanilla notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20180628] 7-3-8-4-15
