[5/10/2019] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019. Yellow session. Cloudy pale yellow. Lots of ginger, tart, lemony. Quite refreshing.

750 ml shared by Gene at the Omaha Ratebeer/ Untappd summer gathering. Mildly buttery. Some earthy hints to mix with the malt. It does give off the apricot flavor, which is really interesting. This is an eye opener of a brewery concept to forge mushrooms. Cool shrooms!

Clear dark black brown colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, fruity malt, wood, cherry, oak - barrel, dark malt - chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, cherry, cherry stone, wood, fruity malt, tart, dark malt - chocolate, tart cherry - fruit, sourish cherries. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, tart, citrus - tart cherry, floral, light sweet clove - spiced. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart, sweet malt, caramel, tart cherry - citric, light spiced - sweet spice - clove, has a floral touch also. Exploding bottle at share: pours brown with a beige head. Aroma is lightly smokey, cedar, berry. Taste is malty, a sour note, light smoke. Unfortunately, our bottle was over carbonated and the mouthfeel was reflected as such.
