Bottle. Clear brown. An off white head never quite forms. Sour, woody aroma with wine and cherry vinegar, earth, vanilla toffee, bracken. Soft, gentle sourness with only a little acetic edge. Lighter and fruitier than guessed with cherries, wild figs, red grapes. Again backed with subtle vanilla toffee. Oak is softer at the end than guessed too. Lovely.

Can. Deep reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma is roasty with some stewed fruit & berries, mocha. So it tastes. Moderately sweet with a firmly bitter finish. Lovely balance, lots going on for 4.5%. Good, if expensive in Australia at $14 for 440ml.
