ZincFest2025. Red colour, small head. Aroma is red berries with some mild herbs, yeast and sour wooden tones. Flavour is red berries, some herbs, mild yeast, sour wood as well as some mild acidic tones to it. Still nicely dry and drinkable on a hot summer day.
