From a 440ml can on 18/5/2022. Pours a deep brown with little in the way of head. The nose features dark malts with light pine notes. It's a powerful experience on the sip - big chocolate, caramel and nutty flavours - perhaps a touch sweeter than typical for the style, followed by a big, intense, tongue coating pine and resin hop bitterness, full bodied with modest carbonation. A truly fantastic black IPA.

From a 440ml can on 23/3/2022. Pours like orange juice with zero head. Peach and mango dominate a strong fruity nose, with some passionfruit creeping in. Tastes only medium sweet, perhaps a bit more mango than peach compared to the aroma, again with hints of passionfruit and a touch of blood orange. Finishes moderately tart and sour but not over the top. The palate is slightly thick, the carbonation moderate. My first Bracket sour and it's pretty good, though could have a tad more sweetness for mine. The 10.2% is a bit of a surprise.

From a 440ml can on 21/3/2022. Pours a clear medium golden with a small to medium head. Has a sharp fruit nose, with some spice and mineral notes. Tastes quite sweet up front with sharp citrus followed by a firm resiny bitterness which is slightly warming at the back. Has a slick palate and moderate carbonation. Drinks pretty easy for 9 per cent. A pleasant and drinkable big WC.

From a 440ml can on 16/3/2022. Pours a dark amber with a smallish head. The nose features chocolate, nuts and raosted malt with perhaps the barest hint of smoke. This tastes exquisite - a beautiful balance of chocolate, light caramel and sweet nuts, follwoed by a distinct and quite firm roasty slightly charred bitterness. Fullish body with moderate carbonation. Beautifully balanced, tasty and complex. The first dark beer I've had from these guys and its a cracker.

From a 440ml can on 16/3/2022. Pours a dirty golden with not much of a head. Has a nice light citrus tropical nose. Tastes of peach, mandarin, orange and some light coconut opening up at the back, dovetailing into a tangy citrus bitterness. Has a silky mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. These guys continue to kill it. Excellent.

From a 440ml can on 16/2/2020. Pours a cloudy medium golden with a medium head which disappears quickly. Has a bright sharp citrus and tropical fruit aroma. Tastes unusual but lovely with melon and grape, with some milky and vanilla notes. Has a tangy bitterness at the back which finishes everything off really nicely. Has a pillowy mouthfeel with average carbonation. These guys are just hitting it out of the park at the moment. Another amazing beer from what is fast becoming my fave Oz brewery.

From a 440ml can on 14/2/2022. Pours an ultra clear light golden with a medium head. The nose is lightly fruity with a hint of yeast. Tastes of sweet malt, citrus and white grape up front, which is met by clean firmish lemony bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. My first Cold IPA - certainly more than decent, but doesn't have me rushing out to try more.

The taste is quite full on, with orange and tangerine, melon, grape and a bit of mango, with a mild bitter finish. Has a pillowy mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Distinctive and moreish. Truly excellent. On an admittedly small sample, these guys seem to be absolutely killing it.
