Description
Initially, the beers were brewed using the brewing facilities of Thissen's Brouwerij Lith. At the end of November 2016, our own brewing installation with a brewing capacity of 10 hl was taken into use.

The beer is brewed under the eyes of our guests. The special beer that our brewmasters make with great love is the same beer that we serve from the tap and that you drink. For this we only use local and regional, but also organic ingredients. From the hops to the barley, from the spring water to the wheat. Not because it's hip, but because it makes our Bossche beer so much tastier.

On tap at Jongens van De Witte, Den Bosch, Netherlands, Wednesday 27th September 2017 Pours murky yellow brown with a huge off white head. Maybe it's drinking this alongside the barley wine but this one is not quite doing it for me. It's fine, a little lemony hop, steady if not so bitter, fruity and with a quickly drying finish. On tap at Jongens van De Witte, Den Bosch, Netherlands, Wednesday 27th September 2017 Murky puddle brown colour with a huge billowing light beige head. Thick in the mouth, a little warmth from the alcohol, but some toffee apple, sticky toffee pudding are picked up in the flavour department. A good hoppiness throughout, streaky bitterness, this is balanced quite well by the big malty backbone. I like this. A7 A3 T8 P4 Ov15 3.7
