Our passion for beer was brewed up in the heart of Idaho - famous for the Sawtooth Mountains, wild rivers and the iconic Sockeye salmon. We have a real sense of pride when we say we've got Idaho in our DNA. From our flagship Dagger Falls IPA (named after a Class V rapid located on the Middle Fork Salmon) to Angel's Perch Amber (a peak in the Pioneer Mountains), we strive to represent Idaho as a leader in craft brew industry and beyond.

Taster flight at BitterCreek. Copper called pour, filmy head, ring. Aroma is fruity, malty, light yeasty notes. Taste starts fruity, plums. Still fairly malty, on the edge of sourness. Abrupt finish.

Draft at the Handlebar. Lear golden pour, thin, silky white head. Hoppy aroma, musty, earthy. Taste comes in with mango and orange, fruity. Nice feel all around, tasty, but a rather abrupt finish.

On Tap slightly foggy deep golden with a thin lasting off white head. Deep soft piney ho character thorought. Some deep sweet fruit and tropical notes. Big smooth malt base. A nice big DIPA

On tap pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice citrus some sweet melons and over ripe fruit. Taste is more of the nice sweet fruit malts citrus and a little melon.

On tap pours out a little foggy golden topped with a white head. Nose is floral leaf hops some citrus. Taste is more of the nice floral citrus notes and some cereal malt.

Can at the SHIG parachutes in with beavers to the Boise Crew tasting: Poured an orange with a white head. Aroma is hoppy, perfume. Taste is hoppy bitter, fruity, citrus.
