Our passion for beer was brewed up in the heart of Idaho - famous for the Sawtooth Mountains, wild rivers and the iconic Sockeye salmon. We have a real sense of pride when we say we've got Idaho in our DNA. From our flagship Dagger Falls IPA (named after a Class V rapid located on the Middle Fork Salmon) to Angel's Perch Amber (a peak in the Pioneer Mountains), we strive to represent Idaho as a leader in craft brew industry and beyond.

Draft at brewery. Muddy amber pour with a dense one finger off-white head. Hoppy aroma, resiny, citrus peel. Taste is hoppy from beginning to end. Bitter, but not over the top. Creamy, smooth. Bitterness lingers.

On tap at PreFunk Nampa. Black pour with a dense lasting tan head. Nice dark roast aromas and flavors. Some malty sweetness smoothed it out and a otter subtle piney hop bite at the end. Rich palate. Quite good .

Can. Pours a clear golden hue with a large white head. A light sweet nose with lots of coffee. Roasted coffee, mild sweet toast, vanilla. Not a style I like (it's not a stout). But not bad.

12oz can from Brewers Haven. Looks ght golden pour, cloudy, skin of head leaves streaky lacing. Soft, sweet aroma, fruit punch. Taste is light sweetness, mildly fruity, hop presence, some of the ABV. Pils or IPA? Not sure but this is really tasty and easy to drink

On tap at the Boise BP. Fairly clear medium light orange thick dense creamy off white head. Very nice fresh subtle hop character. Juicy fresh and tropical. Really smoooth palate Low bitterness and very tasty

Draft at Diablo & Sons. Near black pour; thick, persistent beige head. Roasty aroma with sweet notes. Taste brings sharp, biting bitter roast, coffee, dark chocolate. Simple but great.

12oz can from Albertsons. Hazy golden with a thin creamy white head. Aroma is hoppy, elements of citrus and pine. Taste is a blast of citrus zest, orange & grapefruit with light piney notes. Instant tingle on the palate, but this falls off pretty rapidly after that.
