Perfect cream ale. Hazy golden body with long lasting creamy head. Velvety mouthfeel, slightly sweet aroma and taste. One of their better brews.

Special for St Patty’s day. Black with a dense nitro blanket head. Sweet soft chocolate malt aroma and lots of milk chocolate flavor. Quite sweet. An easy one for folks that think they dont like "dark beers" A touch of bitter bite at the end, but this is pretty much a liquid candy bar.

On Tap at the original Boise BP Clear deep chestnut witha thin wispy light tan head. Woody nutty aroma, sharp toasted grain flavor, with plenty bitterness but pretty light (colored) for a schwarz. Maybe it should be a "Braun"Bier. A robust biter Brown ale is what I would have called this in sa blind taste test. tasty though.

On tap at bier thirty. Pours out a nice amber brownish topped with a long lasting tan head. Nose is nuts smoke malts and some sweetness. Taste is just as the nose with a good nut and malt combo.

On Tap at Brewforia Eagle. Hazy deep redish mahogany with a lasting light tan head. Woody and soft bitter malt aroma. Earthy and peaty. Full bodied and rich, some tannin bitterness and the brown sugar slightly holiday spice notes. Confirmed with local proprietor this is a new Sockeye brew.

One of the better wheat ales, nice slick and slippery body. Toss the orange slice of orange, not needed here. Dark golden with small creamy head. Aroma and taste is pure wheat, but subdued.

Looks and smells like a German schwarzbier, taste is bit lighter and lacking some of the bitter roast grain bite. Props for trying this unique style.

Initial assault of malt, alcohol becomes more prevalant s it warms. Amber body with thin soapy head. Right in the wheelhouse for a barley wine

12 oz can from Hops & Bottles . How could I not have rated this already? Dark brown pour, clear, small fizzy head. Aroma is roasty and nutty. Taste adds a little sweetness, more nutty flavors and a m7ld bitter finish. Solid porter.
