Description
Our passion for beer was brewed up in the heart of Idaho - famous for the Sawtooth Mountains, wild rivers and the iconic Sockeye salmon. We have a real sense of pride when we say we've got Idaho in our DNA. From our flagship Dagger Falls IPA (named after a Class V rapid located on the Middle Fork Salmon) to Angel's Perch Amber (a peak in the Pioneer Mountains), we strive to represent Idaho as a leader in craft brew industry and beyond.

On tap pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is odd some black licorice mint citrus hops. Taste is more of the odd black licorice mint citrus and some grain.

On tap pours out straw color topped with a white head. Nose is melons citrus some nice malts. Taste is more of the nice hop combo and a well balanced malt touch.

On tap at BitterCreek. Pale rose colored pour with some off white head and lacing. Nice mellow fresh west coast hop flavors citrusy. Pale smooth light grains. Very good

On tap at BitterCreek Clear medium golden with a thin fine skin of white bubble. Classic light pale malts and the hop character is on the subtle side but it all balances nicely. Quite good

Draft at Handlebar. Dark amber, cloudy pour, creamy, silky off-white head, curtains of lacing.Herbal, minty aroma, mild astringency. Taste continue full on herbal notes, Underberg, pine, licorice. Taste doesn't break free of the herbaceous base, savory, bitter, astringent. Aromatic nose, taste brings a lingering bitterness l, mild astringency, minty notes

On tap pours out golden topped with a small white head. Nose is nice light spice something interesting going on. Taste is more of the spice notes and a little oddness on the end.

Half pour at Alefort. Clear, dark golden pour, paper thin white foamy head. Yeasty aroma, grassy. Taste focuses on the Saison yeast, not much evidence of any grain differences.
