Flight at the Brewery. Very cloudy applesauce color with a tiny white head and poor retention. Lightly hoppy aroma, but less than expected for 60 IBU. Light hops and light grapefruit notes. Pretty mellow overall without much juicy flavor. Medium body, medium carbonation, and medium-light bitterness.

Draft sampler at the 2022 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours a super dark brown color with a light tan head. Strong vanilla flavor and not enough stout flavor. Sweet and mellow. Pretty good, but needs a bit more stout flavor.

Draft sampler at the 2021 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Clear dark bronze color with an off-white head. This is kind of weak pumpkin flavor and weak habanero flavor too. Not much going on. No bad flavors, but disappointing. It was better in 2019.

Draft sampler at the 2021 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours a dark brown amber color with a very large khaki head. It does taste just like an oatmeal cookie. The cinnamon flavor is really good. I wouldn't want to drink a lot of this but it's a very good beer.
