Keg at Ardent. Clear dark amber, medium sized fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of caramel, maple, mild nuts. The taste is caramel, raisin, chocolate, maple. Medium bodied, low carbonation, a touch too sweet.

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2015. Pours a slightly hazy golden pale orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity citrus hoppy piney flavor. Has a fruity malty piney hoppy finish.

4 oz pour on draft at Rustico Alexandria. Golden yellow with bubbly off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral notes, light pine. Tastes of floral notes, citrus, tropical fruit, pine. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Draft at Novemberfest 2015. Poured a hazy orange color with a small white head. Aroma was some light sweet potato notes. Notes of sage, herbal character. Light sweetness.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours nearly clear amber with small white head. Clear aroma of fruit (berries?) and hops, with notes of malt. Intense, bitter and grassy flavour with notes of yeast and touches of flowers. Bitter and rough afteraste. A little watery. Okay but a little unbalanced.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours nearly clear dark amber wih small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and honey, with notes of yeast and ginger. Bitter, gingerish and hoppy flavour with notes of malt and touches of honey and yeast. Bitter aftertaste with notes of ginger. Rather watery but acceptable.

Draughht @ the brewpub. Pours hazy lightish amber with small white head. Clear aroma of hops, citrus and fruit, with malty touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with fruity and funky notes, ending slightly salty. Bitterish and funky aftertaste. Agreeable and decent for the style but not top notch.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours cloudy dark coffee brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of chocolate, coffee and roast. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of dark chocolate and coffee and touches of hops, yeast and liquorice. Roasty afteraste with estery notes. A nice one. A very nice one. Yeah.
